The Symbolism of Camelot
| Process Facilitation
The captain acts as the process facilitator on Camelot. He must be in tune with his surroundings at all times. The captain must pay close attention to all of his navigation tools and the many aspects of nature as well. One wrong move could have devastating consequences, which range from running aground to loss of the vessel. As in a design session, the captain must make adjustments to accommodate change. Team Building Team work is essential on any large sailing vessel. Under the direction of the captain, each individual must perform their task delegated efficiently. Everything must be done in sink. Metaphor in a System The Camelot in itself is a fully functional system. It serves as a home and a mode of transportation. It contains all the things necessary to support life: a food and water supply, a powerplant, and waste recycling. |
